How are orders Shipped ? Our shipping rates are based on weight of items after packing. Occasionally, the combination of certain items within an order results in a lower actual cost for us to ship. Once you place your order on, we shall send you our quotation for items ordered and shipping costs. You will then confirm the order and make payment for the same through cheque, direct transfer to our account or any other convenient mode of payment. Once we receive your Order confirmation and payment for the shipment we shall release the goods and advise you accordingly.
Once you have entered the Product category section you will be able to browse our products depending with the category you choose. If it is an item that you are interested in, you can click on the order button or the underlined link that will take you to the online ordering page where you can order the item online by simply filling in your ordering details.
Shipping charges will be added after choosing the method you prefer. You will also be given several payment options. For a list of payment options, see our "Payment Help" section.
When will my order arrive ? International Orders are shipped via International Air Mail or International Surface Mail. Air Mail takes 5 to 15 days to most countries, Surface Mail is 4 to 6 weeks. Express services are also available. Email us with a list of products you would like to purchase for a custom quote on Express services. * Non-defective items that are shipped at discounted or free shipping rates and are later returned will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from your refund. Returns that received free gift wrap will be subject to a gift wrap fee of $1.95 gift wrapped box.

What if an item is broken or gets lost? Our Shipping Guarantee: All of our shipments are fully insured against loss or damage. We guarantee that all items ordered from us will reach you intact and undamaged. If you order is lost in the mail, we will refund your purchase price including the cost of shipping. Any item that is damaged during shipment will be replaced or your purchase price refunded. We take great care in packaging our products to reduce the chance of damage during shipment. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep all packing materials as they may be required for us to file an insurance claim. We may request that you ship the damaged item back to us at our expense. All refunds will be credited upon receipt of damaged merchandise by return mail ( if required ), or inspection by carrier. Items not requiring return or inspection will be credited upon notification of damage
